I actually dont like the sakura tree, mainly because its too bright. If a little bit of darker pink was added it would awesome. Everything else looks great. Great job.

this has to be the best belldandy wallpaper ever.
the background is perfect, not boring but not distracting either.
and the text there works extermly well. the words fit with the picture and the font is the perfect size and font.
and belldandy herself is also done perfectlyim using this as my wallpaper now, and is one of my favorites. keep up the great work! ^_^

Personally I did not like the image you chose to work with, the eyes and everything looks unnatural and such...
But the wallpaper and everything was well done, lovely effects and whatnot.
