i'm agree with calisqo the face isn't the one of Millia, and the hair are longer. But it's your view of millia. You can draw her like you want (but you have to draw her beautifull coz she's the best ^^)
The edge of millia could be a little smoother ... may be you exceed the color a little.(we can see it with the arms)
But that's a good draw. -
