Ii think the pose are good, but i found some flaws on the fingers and the ponytail, and maybe you should show the rigth arm, maybe makeing a Sailor Moon expression (that was a joke), but keep going your style are on the rigth path.

The eyes are nice , no question about it.
The body propotion is a bit off , but a little touch up will help a lot ^^
The expression is really good ^^
