Cool fire effects! ^^;It looks like you used the distort polar coordinates filter ^^;
Maybe you could add a small blur to the character to make it blend in more. Some parts are a tad jaggy ^^;

I made this for a friend who plays a Dark Knight in FFXI. It looks much like his char and I thought it would be a good gift ^^ I tried out some new ideas and played with some effects and I like how it turned out!
Please do not rip wallpaper or claim as your own work or you will suffer dearly if I find it on your website without first asking me if you can place it there. This is a nice warning ^^

Nice fire on the background, I think that works well with a different type of character, since the dark knight is the focus, could have make the background somewhat a darker and sisnster look, not as bright. I guess I like dark stuff, so don't mind me. :D It look really good as it is right now.

Really nice fire-bg effects going on :) Hmmm....one thing is that the char looks like he's standing on the bg rather than part of it....perhaps having some fire effects going on in front of him or around him would help. But other than that awesome work :D !!

You need to blend the character in the whole composition. It's pretty cool, though!^^;; It's a good thing you figured out how to make a fire background!^^;; I haven't tried making one on a wallpaper but I've tried it with a bookmark!^_^;

The fire effect behind the chara looks very nice , really match too.
But I don'tmknow where she stand ^^'
Anyways, The overall is really nice.
