Awww, this one is so cute! I think Sakura's right eye (our left) should be slightly lower. But this is one of your better drawings, proportions are correct, keep it up

Good use of shading, the wind is very effective and her expression is perfect. What's important is that it actually looks manga and not scribbles, well done! Keep up the good art! One of my favourite Fan-arts so far.
