The Angel's name is Blessed Bell. I've seen it called Holy Bell too. Hope that answers your question.

Really nice sketch....and it's really a shame that your scanner didn't work all that well, cuz you sketched on really nice scene. Great work :) If you made a bigger sketch and darkened up the lines i would have walled it up because it really isn't all that great quality for walling ;_; But it's still really nice to look at though ^___^

In the German manga, the angel is called Holly Bell (the angel of the present time).
I have all mangas from Ah Megumisama until 24.
Your pic looks nice but i like the original more. -
