Well even if you don't think of that way I would think it still falls under ecchi. Now to the wallie... the effects of the background seem to be coming into the girls, although it might be a desired effect I think there are too many going in too many directions... I would think that they would benefit from the lines coming from only one direction... then again it is just my opinion...
