Hmm well heres something I made because I was bored enough to do it.
I'm not really sure where she is from if anyone knows, I wouldn't mind finding out who she is ^^
And I think the wallpaper is still missing something but I can't really put my finger on it so I just left it how it is. The background doesn't seem too appealing to me, maybe its because of that "something" it's missing. =/

Well, for a wallpaper you're not completely happy I think you did a nice job still. The character is cute and I like the mirror image you made behind the background. The color matches well and so does the effect. :)
