hehe first wall of the year. ^^ Actually I was gonna use this as a usepage layout, but I figure, if I edit this abit, oit can make a nice wallie out of it too. ^^ so here you go. ^^

I didn't really do much of an extraction on the image. Just clean up some of the pixelated stuff from the scan and gone from there. alot of brush work, some special effects nothing out of the unusal because I was gonna use this as a usepage anyways so I didn't try to make it too fancy. ^^
speaking of usepage. I hope the mods can get the upload problem fix soon because I been try to upload my new skin a about a week already and still no dice. -_-
well in any case, thx again and hope you guys like it. ^^
Edit: 1/17/2005 give it a bit more color to the bg... I feel like it's a bit mono color at first... >_> anyways, hope you guys like the edit. @_@

Really cool looking background. I like how you done with the borders of the wallpaper. It makes the center of it look more dark and gloomy. The wallpaper as a whole kind of gives a gothic atmosphere. I also like how you paid attentioned to details such as the reflections on the water. Really good job!

The image you used is a very very nice illustration! That blending in the background is really nice too. Adding the city (nyc?) in the background was a nice touch. Don't see that much XD
