I kind of like this wallpaper, I mean the colors. The image took forever to cut. I like the effect on the text: Puchiko, but I can't remember how I made that. Someone help?! Other than that, a very simple wallpaper made by me a few months ago.

Puchiko is cute, frankly I think it would've been nicer without the motion/wind effect. Very nice background though. If I were to guess I would think you achieved that effect with the text by using a partially transparent layer with a grey color and then using a white halo effect on the selected text. I think EyeCandy has that tool, I don't know if you have that or actually use it.
