Well, if you are still up to it, I think there's still some room for improvement.

The stars are really pretty, but they lack depth. So if you make some more layers behind the main star one, but set them at a lower opacity, and make them smaller, then they'll look further away.

Overall, it's really good, but there's still a little funny fuzzy stuff around the scan, so you might wanna take a look at that.

(That city is awefully dark.)

Love the whole night time setting and how you created an almost monotone color scheme. Only gripe is what halcyonTwilight already mentioned with the stars being a bit big. Anyways great stuff

The reflection is perfect! The sky is sparkling with stars and the comets blend with the star-filled sky. The moon is perfect! The glow around it accentuates it perfectly! It's like I can stare at it for hours and not get used to it. I think I'm using this as my desktop!XD Even though I don't know this anime I still love it because of the beautiful presentation you are projecting in this.^^;;

you say your night sky sucks but i think making your own without any tutorials makes it look alot more artistic cause if everyone uses the same tutorial all night skys would look the same.. here its clearly different and it makes a nice detail touch to this wall.
