Same as the Desktop version:
Based off One Piece Treasure Cruise (game) artwork: link. Remade the image in Illustrator and softened the colors
in photoshop afterwards. I didn't bother with the ships in the artwork because there's already a lot going on
in this piece as a wallpaper. Also uploading a mobile version!
