Well, this one have a history, I made it for a girl named Janaina, she liked butterflies, but I just never wanted to draw a butterflie itself, so I remembere the Spheres from Final Fantasy X where the Aeons were inside the temples, if you have seen it you remember that it has the person that gave the spirit and the beast that it would become merging themselves in on statue.
So... I tried to do something like taht, a girl becoming a butterfly, eventually it looks like it because you see the girl coming out from the rocky floor.
After that I made the sphere around (mandala) and wrote her name letters (J-A-N-A-I-N-A) in the spaces over, by the sides and below, in Gujarati, an Indian language (wich I need more consulting to see if it's right written).
The rest was photoshop.... :p

I think it looks better in the thumb ^^;; The penciled work doesn't blend in terrifically with the photoshop background. But the design is beautiful X3 You have a fabulous artistic style... I dig those lines XD
