*huf huf huf* It's been a while (for me anyway) This wallpaper, be warned! It's very light/bright and so could hurt your eyes ^^; I'm really sorry but I just like it that way. After a while on your desktop you get used to it and can begin to look dull.... so I like bright things XD And it's a change from all the dark wallpapers I have been doing.
Urm, comments. I'm quite pleased with how the image now looks as it was pretty dirty and yucky. I was worried it would be completely unusable. Again, sorry for the brightness ^^; Probably doesn't help my monitor is set up full lightness and contrast either ^^;;;

Did you despeckle the image or something? It looks good that way.^^;; I like the comets! Are they brushes or did you use the pen tool and smudged them to make them like that? Hmm... you used the radial blur behind too, right?XD Or am I wrong?XD The brightness is okay for me...^^;; After all, I also make bright wallpapers...^^;;
