what a beautiful lady bugggggg.... im in love <3....
this work deserves a comment to make ppl have a glance at the cute lady bug!
i like the general outcome, though i would like to see a stronger color difference between the skirt and mokona's
skin... also i think his left thumb looks a bit weird on the original image, so this would look better if u modify
it.
aside from those 2 things that i pointed out, i think u made a smart choice of elements, this is very eye catchy....
clean background plus a well placed surrounding of leaves and that pretty lady bugg...
well done!

I found this CD cover with an image of Sakura and Syaoran,
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0477543/mediaviewer/rm2542573056?ref_=ttmi_mi_all_prd_10
I recoloured it with the normal colors and watching the episode 44, when all the characters become smaller except Mokona, I had the idea to transform Mokona into a super soft and comfortable "pillow". The elements around them, like the grass and the ladybug, are bigger than them to respect the proportions.
UPDATE 2019
I uploaded a new version of this wallpaper here:

I tried to modify what looked weird following your suggestions and I changed the flower to distinguish the first wallpaper from the new one.

I really like the concept, it's different and interesting.
I think the lines where Syaoran meets Mokona's belly needs a bit more work
only cause it looks very off and they should be placed in other spots like his arm, above
his shoulder. Also where they are placed could use some darker shading if any shading to show their
shadows on Mokona.
The vector is light and the lines are soft but almost like blurred? Rather than solid
black sharp lines.
I think the sunlight is oddly made, considering their position on the wall the lines of sun rays just
seem odd to me. I think the wall would've looked better without it.
All in all nice job with the creativity of this wall!
