Here (at Colombia) we have a group of anime fanatics and broq and I design the logo and the insignia for it.
Broq submit the logo some time ago, here it is: http://gallery.minitokyo.net/view/59193/
And now I'm submiting the insignia, we did them both in less than a week, we meet at the U cafeteria and start drawing drinking coffee. I draw the main character of this image, her name is Usagi, and that is why the name of our group is "Usagi no yume" wich means "Usagi's dream", broq correct asome mistakes in my drawing and put some details and add the chibis (he also draw the 2 versions of chibi Usagi, the one sleeping with the panda and the one making the victory sign) and the box in her shoulders. Inside the box we put the name of the member and his/her favorite anime serie.
Only the staff members get an insignia (we're 8 right now) [hi Neury-chan

Her dress is similar to the ones of the crew members of the SDF Macross, but
Usagi herself was designed by us, we're thinking about making a story using
Usagi as the main character, if we do so, we'll submit it to MT

Let me
tell you that Here at Mexico (in my city) I also was in an association a lil
more formal 'casue it was supported byt the city government, we were about 13,
then 25 and when I left we were 45+ (maybe 50) o_O the name was "Maru no
Matsu" and also have an "second name" just for the familiar
ones!
My only "worry" it's the main and bigger charac (Usagi you said, right?) why she's not at full color?? I like the design and I have think that the desing has a lil details of distribution but still it's really good!!
Nice! Those kinda project of association are good but only when they not lost on or two essential point adn meanings for forming the group like for having fun and a nice time!!
