The sketch was made in paper version, after, the image was sent to the graphic editor. I used Medibang, because it
interacts very flexibly with both the computer and the mobile device, so the work in it is very convenient and allows
you not to throw yourself, even when the PC is not available.
The work is done in 27 layers.
In my case, the work took close to 17 hours.

It's a very nice concept with the water in a 'bubble'. I really love how you made the water and your attention to details. Great use of brushes (?) or stock images for the bubbles and splashes. And the water texture; that one is an awesome detail!
The proportions of the character are a little bit off but it's not bad. You've done an amazing job. Thanks for sharing! :)
In my case I liked the proportions, I'm a CLAMP girl so this is my thing XD I use Mediabang too! And I agree,
it's really convenient, the only thing that bothered me it's the wave color, I think that it did't math
the rest of the composition (and the belt that you forgot to paint XD but I know how it works, sometimes we just forget,
or just don't want to do it)
Anyway, other than this, I loved! He's really handsome and the shirt a little transparent gave the underwater
touch, I loved *-* It's a really awesome drawing!
