Happy New Year! :D
And what better way to start the year that publishing a new original art from me!
On the first day of the year I bring you God the Father and Mother Nature from my book "Os sete punhais de Mëlua"
Some background story for you:
"God and Mother Nature appear several times during the story, taking actions in some events. When Mëlua plans to create the daggers out of the original Carnewann, Both grant the replicas the same divine power as the original. God and Mother Nature save and resurrect Michael when he dies battling the Leviathan, asking him if he wants to become an Archangel. When Natanael is killed by Lúcifer, God and Mother Nature resurrect him back. Mother Nature also revives Rafael and Rafaela when they are massacred by the Nidhog. God takes Michael's brother, Furacão Uriel, to Heaven, when he is killed by Lúcifer. Mother Nature is displayed in Sbedjmau´s memories, when he prays to have the strength to defeat his father, which She grants. God and Mother Nature, along with six of their Seraphim, came to Earth to see the final of the New Blood Tournament between Sbedjmau and Hades.
God represents the Cosmos and the Mind while Mother Nature the Chaos and the Body. As Both are the same entity, They are very connected and show extreme care for One Another. When Lúcifer claims he will kill God, Mother Nature threatens him. God tends to be calm and express emotions as care and concern, while Mother Nature displays the extreme ones, such as euphoria and rage. They take various shapes, but usually present the Heaven Child form, where God is a blue angel and Mother Nature a pink fairy. On Earth, they assume the Earth Child Form and on the Moon, the Moon Child Form. They can also take animal and plant forms"

The background looks a bit artificial with the generic lens flare effect and obvious cloud brushes. But that's prolly the only thing bothering me. I must say I love the characters. You did a great job on them. The coloring looks pretty good, so do the proportions, and I absolutely need to congratulate you on the curly hair. Very nicely done overall!
