DO NOT UPLOAD TO ZEROCHAN OR ANYWHERE ELSE. It's that time of the year where spooks, goblins and all things scary supposedly come out....or, you just dress up and cosplay for fun! Happy Halloween all! The Saiyuki boys have also gotten into the spirit. I really liked the background of the clear file this was sourced from, so I decided to scan these in "wallpaper style" to showcase the haunted house along with the pumpkins and all it's trimmings of bats, a black cat, a skeleton creeping from the gravestone.
And here is....Sanzo. He is my favorite but I won't lie: I'm a little disappointed in his costume. Well, leave it to Sanzo-sama to be the zebra man and wear whatever goes easy with black and white. We know he doesn't like complicated things, so it looks to me he grabbed a random ripped bed sheet already falling apart, shred it some more and tossed it over him. You could say it seems to be inspired by the headless horseman, but there is no horse here. Sanzo merely is holding a pumpkin. At least he doesn't look quite grumpy as usual? Maybe they just forced him into this one...who knows. *le sigh* Come now San-chan! You're always more stylish than this! But I get a feeling he did make up for it eventually. Either way, Halloween Sanzo is a fun Sanzo. This completes the set of the Halloween Ikkou. ♥
