This was actually done year 2015 for a competition with the theme "Encounter with Another World". Not so awesome probably why I didn't win, but sharing here for the record. :)

Except for a few jagged lines, everything looks really nice!
I'm loving the composition, those bulbs, the colors. Maybe a lil bit of shine on those glasses might look good
too?

Ohh! This is a cool concept. I like the coloring its stylistic and is the same throughout. You said it was older, can tell by the rezising done on your vector. I still think its nice.
The background and bulbs are beautiful but what I find impressive is how you painted and shaded their arms and body. Looks like something I would see from a very artistic anime movie great job :)
