This features Cardia along with Finis and Sholmes, who now both have gained a route/story individual to them. It features a lovely night-sky background with a warm tone to it, along with golden-brown roses as a pattern piled at the bottom and mysterious butterfly flying like a fleeting dream.
Their stories are set and begin at the end of the common route from the original ~Princess of Genesis~ game. For those that were disappointed that Sholmes could not be dated, you will now be able to do so. On the other hand, Finis' story is about family matters (and no, you cannot date him so that we're clear), but offers an alternate "true ending" that probably would suit better the upcoming anime. Only time will tell..and yes...Cardia and Finis are twins even though he's shorter and looks younger than her. Actually it almost feels like Sholmes is their uncle here...
...I got curious and dug up some trivia on the symbolism of butterflies in Japan. From this page I learned that because they go through the cycle of birth, transformation, and death, they carry and/or represent the souls of the dead. They also believe that following a butterfly will help unlock a mystery in life or solve a problem driving a person crazy. Finally, a butterfly is a symbol of girls in love and a symbol of girls transforming into graceful young ladies, as well as of young womanhood in general. Without thinking hard at all, I'd say all of these apply to Code:Realize easily and the latter very much to Cardia. That's all.
