You've got a cool style with the scratchy outlines. I like scratchy outlines very much.

I also tend to like sketchy look. If this was your first time then you are off to a good start. If i might make a suggestion.... try to draw less sketchy next time. More continuous lines. Only because it will give you more confidence as an artist and make your drawing cleaner. Once you become more confident you can exceed your current boundaries. (don't worry about mistakes too, they tend to make the drawing look a little cooler!)
PS...I still draw sketchy too though! XP Hinata is my favorite female character in Naruto too....I think that shyness she has is cute!

the outlines are good , the face expression is perfect , the reflection on the hair is nice to .
you just need to work on the figers a littele bit . other than that your gonna make a hit if you
keep you hand moving .
