I like how you already have a nice style going with all your pics. Shading is good too. I think the only thing you need to work on is adding really dark darks. If there are highlights in a drawing then there have to be dark shadows. Not meaning black black but dark enough for contrast. This will make you awsome pictures awsomer! (that's not even a word! )

excellent work J. My only suggestion would be to add a little more reflection (white) in to her eyes... It kinda looks like her eyes are dried out (or whatever happens when there's no shine/reflection to them). Other than that I love it! Good work man!
