Soooo, this is a scan from the rare doujin artbook called "A Work of Clover" by Nobuteru Yuki, the character designer for Escaflowne and other items - including the Clover music video! I've never seen the video, but I do own the artbook. The artbook contains his sketches for the animation of the music video. The grainy areas on the part around them are not a scanner mishap, but instead the type of paper that this was printed on.
