Please do not use blur tool to soften the shadows, because blur tool only make things look blurred. Go for gradient shading if you want more smooth transitions of colors, use multiple layers. Different colors according to light-set, play with blending modes. Because right now skin and clothes look really weird. And if you're aiming for simplistic style of coloring, then do hair like that too, right now I can't say if she's mirajane.
Even if you put lots of time and effort, if you don't know how to get things done with most logic, it'll be vain. :/
As for lighting, please refer this tutorial by our lovely Alenas http://www.google.co.in/url?q=http://alenas.deviantart.com/art/Basic-Lighting-Tutorial-312058122&sa=U&ved=0ahUKEwiomZvH-dDQAhVD4CYKHY4HBmcQFggLMAA&usg=AFQj

And there are many tutorials out there for coloring, check out nysha's tutorials on dA.
You have potential just need to polish it!

    Hi Monu-chan.
Thank you for your comment, althou I need to correct some somethings.... First I dont use blur tool for shadows or anything else. I use feather, select inverse and delete to smooth the shadows lines. Also I use burn and dodge tools on the shadows to give different tones. About the colors, I use a base colour, then multiply for shadows and screen for lights, because that is the best way to get matching shadows and lights
