i particularly love the bg you have made. your "abstract" walls are always beautiful. Maybe it's just my imagination but i see a rose in the background. A lightning blue rose ^^ it's so nice. I always notice an effect you use often ^^ the little lines to make some kind of rainy effect ^^ that's a deep theme. It seems cold and sad ... but open and hopefully. The rose is frozen but it's ready to open and show us how it's beautiful ^^

Cool wallpaper! interesting background, the femme in the picture does look nice, but i think the nicest little part about it i like is the reflection of her in the ground/floor/whatever. It's something small, but as i said. A cool touch nonetheless.

Level that important? well anyway, this wallpaper has a nice background, don't like the particular scan you chose, but the blue tones compliment the background fine, so it's good.

This is actually a pretty good wallpaper.
If the bright white parts of the bg were a bit smaller or had some kind of structure in them (right now these parts seem a bit too large to me), the wallpaper would be close to perfection. :) -
