This is a really great wintry wall of Chii!
The way the snow is falling from her feet is very realistically done.
I like the way you have a strong central part to the picture (Chii-chan, of course) but you haven't neglected how the rest of the bg looks - the details on the trees and the ocean are good.One point of minor criticism - I don't like the way the red ribbon (the one that turns into the logo) is so demanding of your attention. I feel it detracts from the overall picture.
Other than that: great! Keep it up :)

Wow, awesome, fantastic wallpaper. I do like the chobit in this wallpaper, she look very cool with that long ribbon. However she do look sad, poor thing, pity for her.
