I was testing a few brushes i downloaded from www.tekuteku.org and i was inspired to make this.I thik I may have went a bit overboard with the bg ^_^' .I was trying to make a grunge but i think i just made a mess.
But yeah this actually took a while cause i kept just adding more and more.There a few words in there too i think there's 12.Can you find the ties that bind ^^.

Bg? Hehe~ I think this a foreground more than anything. Hm... I'll say maybe get rid of the chains around Daisuke. They look very clumsy and a bit about of place (he's smiling!)-- at the very least anti-alias them. XD Compared to the rest of the grunge stuff they're quite bold and pixelated. I know it does make them stand out more, but... in a bad way, I think.
With the feather's Outer Glow, I'd say lower the opacity and change the colour to white, too, if it isn't already (*hopes her monitor isn't playing tricks on her again* -_- it's happened before..) because there isn't any yellow anywhere else, and it looks kinda age-faded. The glow also makes it overpower both the text and Daisuke himself.
For the boy... you can tell he used to be sitting on a lighter bg pre-extraction. XD Try adding a little (i mean, something like two pixels, 100%) black Inner Glow to his figure. Should help just to get rid of that lightness and integrate him into the black bg a bit more.
I've no idea what to say about the grunge, since I don't know how to make it myself. XD Maybe try fiddling with the layer blending settings? That's always fun... *shrugs* Then again, not much you can do with them re: black and white.
Erm. I'll shut up now. ^_^' Ganbatte, ne? Your grunge isn't tops (agreed.. maybe it's a bit of an overkill with the brushwork), but I've definitely seen worse. XD Keep prac'ing and you'll surely get better.
