The blending isn't very smooth. Strokes can be seen. I suggest that you buy a Copic Colorless Blender Pen or try other method of blending that doesn't require that. For example, using this method http://debbiehodge.com/2010/03/copic-markers-blending/
You can search other method of blending on youtube as well.
I love the expression on this character's face. It's very lively :)

I do agree that the shading/coloring could be a bit smoother, but I ALMOST don't care since I'm entranced by his left eye... <3
