I reaaally like the way you vectored everything and the background is interesting; a bit abstract and chaotic but it fits her well so kudos for that - you're getting better and better at vectoring and coloring.
My only complaint is the way you colored her skin - it is too orange/yellow/saturated for that kind of setting. If you look at the original scan, the skin is made of cooler shades of pink, purple and blue because she's reflecting the blue setting she is in. You must remember - every setting affects the objects that are in it so she seems a bit out of place there. You should pay more attention to things like lighting. Some contrast is good, of course, but her skin really looks unnaturally orange - like she spent too much time in the tanning salon, lol.
I would also move her to the left a bit and closer to the center. Google "rule of thirds" to see what I mean.
Still, good job overall. Keep it up! :)
