DO NOT UPLOAD TO ZEROCHAN OR ANYWHERE ELSE. If you've played the game & Van's route, the title is self explanatory. This CG comes shortly after Van rescues Cardia from Jack the Ripper (although it twists into far more than a rescue). Van continues & insists he only needs Cardia to fulfill his revenge and no more, but in one spare moment (and the third alternate version of this CG) Cardia manages to slightly reach & get through him that she still sees him as a friend (and something more). There's a lot of pain behind those eyes & Van feels he deserves no happiness or forgiveness, but little by little he changes as Cardia never gives up on him. Defo one of my favorite CGs & scenes from the game.
