umm... this is a quick (6-hour) wallpaper...
I found the scan kinda low quality.. gomenasai~ but my hands were itching like
crazy... all I had in mind was "Wall it!!!" XD
retouch here and there.... made all the bg by the usual PS7
for information : all I know is that the character is from a game by LEAF/Aquaplus, searching for infos, I found out that the company is a bishoujo game industry that made To Heart, Tenshi no Inai Jyuunigatsu (December when there's no Angel) and Comic Party... and the upcoming Tears to Tiara for PS2

- Fixes on the forest/trees ... removed green ambient color...
- Fixes on the broken water tiles
- made perspective correction to the clouds layer... sorry... not much can be done.. -_-
- Fixes on the wrong ambient color of the scan (brownish/reddish glow removal)
- Made same typo for the blurrish text on the left... I really love that text... but if anyone else demands it to be
removed, then it'll be another update
- Fixes overall brightness/hides the grass layer partially...
- Minor fixes on the effects layer

Wow, i cant believe CyanideBlizzard hasn't made a comment yet, well, im gonna write one :)
First of all, nice ambientation, you really made the girl stand out.
The dark enviroment its very nice, since it do what it was meat to do, enphasize the beauty of the angel.
Talking about the sky: the moon and clouds are very well traced, its seems that moonligth is giving her a bath :P and those little falling stars help make it appealing by itself
im impressed of how you handle trees, in this case its very detailed, and so is the grass, those little higlights on the borders of the leaves and here and there in the grass surrounding the pond.
The pond itself its quite real, ive seen the tutorial from shinta, but honestly you overdid it, well, at least the ones ive tried hadnt came out that nice XD
i seriously doubt someone might notice the low quality of the scan. you fixed it very well, congrats.
The most impressive effect archieved was the summoning flare. its just, plainly, simply amazing. The quatity of detail contained by it makes it feel almost as it were moving.The small flares floating around helps with the depth, and so do the feathers moving around.
The only thing i could advice it a small gradient to black in the outside of those bright rings on the water, they are too flashy for the overall wall.Otherwise than than i think its an amazing job
particularly if you did it in 6 hours. damn your skill!!! ;)
Well, as you can see you just have to be loyal to your style, so dont be so confused.
and if you like, try some new ways of showing off your scenery style Korgs

well for a few hours of work it certainly is nice, but I think it could have been much better with a bit more job done. As you said it yourself , the character is lacking quality and that sadly is a big minus for the overall look, allthough I really like the pose and I think you did a great job blending her in the background, she fits perfectly. The clouds look like they could use a bit more work too, i rarely see real-life clouds that look half-transparent like that ~_~ they need to be blended in more...Also that poem on the left seems...rather not at it's place. It still is a nice-looking wall in overall ^__^

Love the magical-ness that this wallpaper gives off! XD The moon and sky are awesome! ^_^
The only thing is that the ripples are very saturated and contrasting.... It hurts the eyes ~_~; But other than that, I totally love the feel of this wallpaper :D

WOW, this wallpaper is amazing! The effects at the bottom look stunning! One comment I have is that the bottom is so detailed and beautiful that it draws attention away from the girl itself but still, this is very nice!

I can't believe you call this "quick". It looks fabulous. And I'm sure everyone's told you this a million times.
I'm not a big fan of the grass, but I do love the trees and the sky... and the water, especially the water.
It's an absolutely beautiful wall. I think you did a fantastic job!!!!!
