Major issue that needs to fix is the plane, you placed airplane's layer below the stars! I can see stars on
airplane too!
And then color of wallpaper, I mean Background is in "sepia" tone, and characters have color, with no blending
of foreground (aka characters) and background. And those fireflies are orange/brown in color xD And also there is no
"glow" of fireflies here, you can use ready made firefly brushes if you want or, just use soft round brush
with 100% opacity and add outerglow layer style on that layers with 40-60% opacity. In dark night glow of fireflies
looks so beautiful believe me!
Composition wise, it is also weak. In College we've thought that center focused main focal point in art work is
weak because it doesn't let our eyes some movement to gaze our whole area of work. Of course some artworks are
exception.
I would really loved the wallpaper if you had used blueish tint of colors instead of orange-brown.
But I noticed a step up in your vectors so good job on that!
