Touhou Wallpaper: Underwater World

Old wallpaper is old! I never knew that I didn't post this here though. This was made during an old 120 War challange. I miss those days... okay old lady needs to stop reminiscing! lol

Anyway 120 War is where a bunch of wallers come on MSN at the same time and are timed to make a wallpaper in just 120 min (2 hrs) with the same image. It's a lot of fun because it isn't a contest between people, just a challenge to see what things you can come up with in that amount of time.

It lets you test your more basic wallpaper skills instead of using vectors and digital painting. I get to work more with my extracting, blending, fading, blurring, and stock image use.
