The title is from the scan,
today is a special day so I decided to make Lightning wallpaper because she's cool
I feel a little.. errr I don't know how to name this feeling but, I'm twisting things up
Usually I'd make this kind of scans dark and mysterious, but instead I made it colorful and cheerful
I hope you'll like this twisted wallpaper anyway
