Long ago on the internet there was a website known as Animepaper.net. Previously this wallpaper was featured on the site. Years later, the site goes belly-up. This was the last wallpaper vector I have done before I've quit and it was never uploaded to MT; I had lost many friends and fans here, I'm sure, and I apologize for my long absence. Meanwhile, Deviantart deletes all the vectors I've done; I've received hurtful comments there how vectoring isn't "art". For years I was in hiatus, seeking other hobbies, video games in particular. At this stage, I had given up anime and manga.
Now here I am. With a wallpaper that's over two years old. Hooray...?
*clears throat* Right, right, a description of this wallpaper is needed...(cough)
Simply put, the original source was a screenshot I randomly found in the Google Image search. Unfortunately, the original source of THIS vector was lost to God knows how many reformats of my computer; I had added a vivid light filter to the vector to resemble the original screenshot. This may not have been the right screenshot but it was close enough of what I could find.
I have another Key wallpaper in the works, which had given me the incentive to release the former last wallpaper I've created. I don't know how much I'll vector these days, but it's a start.
EDIT: I found the original unfiltered vector! Phew. You can see the difference between the two straight off~ Ugh, yeah, see what I mean about AP? The signature on the bottom left is still there. -_-

To clear things up - yes, you may vector screenshots and turn them into wallpapers. It is forbidden to use unedited screenshots alone.
Anyway, like Maron has said, you seem to be able to handle vectoring quite well; it looks smooth and sharp. I'd add more gradients, tho. It's a closeup and the colors look a bit too simplistic / there are large areas filled with just one color shade.
The kid is reeaaally cute, tho. I wanna squeeze her. You conveyed both the child's and the toy's chubbiness nicely. :3

It's looking so neat and clean, I love this type of clean vectors alot!
But I agree with Elisa that you should have added gradients on larger parts, as well as 2 other layers for Darkest shading and midtone shading. And Yeah definitely some cute swirls/poka dots will look really good on bed sheet and pillow!

awww, so cuttteee. this cute walls shouldn't be deleted :< nah, i didn't know the rules but entity, i think you should better follow advices from people above whose knew the rules better.

I've been here for several years and have just now returned. And yes, this wallpaper is two years old. Unless the rules have changed the last time I've been here, there is no rule saying a screenshot cannot be made into a wallpaper. All of it was vectored.
As for the advice given to me about gradients and darker shades, I lost the .PSD file years ago. :( Thanks for the advice, though, guys!
