Wow! First impression - awesome!
At a closer look, it needs some editing. Your lineart is a bit uneven when it comes to the thickness of the lines.
Moreover, there are some small mistakes like overlapping lines or unfinished edges, but overall, the outlines
aren't bad. It's a good start for sure.
You chose a beautiful image to vector but since the original has such a small resolution, you should have added even
more details. Especially the girl's body looks kinda sketched instead of properly proportioned. Also the shadows on
the wings look a little rushed because there are the white parts, which are actually supposed to be shadowed. I suppose
these white areas were created when you smudged the shadows.
And one more thing - you made a colorful BG but the girl's wings are just white. You could have added a green and
pink color gradient on the wings and blend them with the BG better.
All in all, I think you're on a good way to improve. If you work hard, you can become really good one day, so keep
it up and good luck! :)

I do this wall from manga picture. First i do all the lineart with ilustrator, then with photoshop colored all the in
colors. With the bg and finish editing i tryed many layers, solution and opacity colors for best vulnerability with the
main picture.

The scene look Awesome!
I bet Elisa covered all the mistakes/flaws of wall.
But, here an advice from me, I'm not a pro in walling but, I want to say that, you should use high quality images/scans for vectoring as you're a beginner too, it's too hard to make many details by yourself. So, work on the high quality scans until you master the lighting, shadows and tiny details in vectoring, because all this experience will give you a style to make the simple art resource (like the manga scan you used here in this wall) into an amazing piece of art!Otherwise the Wall is awesome, the scene, the atmosphere, all are looking Awesome!
I would love to see some pinkish tone in wings, but your wall is already looking awesome on my PC screen! :DD
Keep it up!
