Spent time: One hour and something, I think ;
images: girl's png and background
It was a long time that I dont make a wallpaper in this way . i'm happy
I started reducing the background, and then placing the png of the girl. Decreases noise and duplicated it , putting Gaussian blur in order to resemble the quality of the background with the surrender. Then I began to merge , played a background colors on the surrender and put various settings . Exposure , several curves , gradient , selective color, brushes , clouds , etc. I end with a radial gradient with low opacity and a flash effect , and muitasss textures. I put my typography, signed and finished the wall.
I really hope you enjoy , and I liked it. And that use

I would advice another resolution which is more common cause i as example couldnt use it like that.
As for the wallpaper i think the Glow effect was a bad idea, the wallpaper is missing color, i cant say much about the render since i dont have acces to the full resolution so maybe if it was bad extracted the Glow effect has meaning but if not then i would shut off the effect. -

As far as I can tell, the render of the girl isn't very good. I can see white edges around some parts. I think you tried to cover it by blurring everything, adding noise and whitening the image. You did manage to merge the BG with the girl quite nicely but on the other hand, like Shima said, it is indeed too pale now. The effect of the Lens Flare filter is lost to a great extent like this as well. Instead of using so many filters, you could have edited the render more. Get rid of imperfections, cut the white bits on the edges, etc.
I would have also added some snow floating around the girl. Her scarf is floating in the wind but there is no snow whirling around and that makes it a bit unnatural.
In the future, I would strongly advise you to use fewer filters on your walls and make them more colorful. You add to much white and desaturate the colors too much, too. The results are then often rather dull.
