Ooh, I'm liking the vector very much! Always loved that scan of Hibari and you did a very nice job vectoring him. The reflection in his eyes is interesting although I think it could've been made a bit softer. The background is...yeah, a bit odd with those things around; something less tech-y and tile-ish would've fit better.

Still, this looks pretty nice, if anything, for the nicely vectored closeup of Hibari <3

This is hilarious! You always see super moe and sexy girls...now you see a super moe and sexy guy xD I think many girls here will put him on their desktop here and give a kiss XD

Love the vector and the colours. They're so vivid and pure. Love the purple a lot.

The background, although simple, I think it is quite nice like this. The thing that bothers me and which I suggest you remove, because it not only takes away the dreamy look in the piece, it is also a "bad" thing to use. Why? Basic photoshop filter on a piece it doesn't quite work on. Personally, I dislike it a lot when people use it. If you use it, use it very subtle so it goes unnoticed. Then to think, if you want to put something up, then use something that is more abstract and smooth. You don't want to see rough chunks, techy stuff in a piece that's supposed to give off the dreamy and cloudy feel.

    Still a nice piece regardless.

Ohlala cute / handsome boy. I think the petals suit him with the purple touch.

Wah, love the simplicity of this and the shade of purple, not to mention the details in the eyes. I was initially a bit put off by the strong blurring at the edges of the vector, but the sharpness of his features (eyes and mouth) makes up for it and works as a decent depth-of-field effect. Kudos on the stained glass-like effect; I never would've thought to use something like that, but it really ties everything together in a neat way.

The vector is great but i would wish that the BG would be more then just a simple Filter effect and more of those light Orbs in the Foreground, more petals in the BG would looks great too. Just have the feeling that you put to less Attention to the BG but everything else is well done
