Firist i vectored miku, pillars and railing like base and go to city. I used sharpe and filters for windows, one by one,
repeat somethings and paste. For effects i used contrast, levels, curves and one texture for snow. Well, i dont know
else to say because i dont have nothing else to talk. Anyway, i vectored the scan of Miku.

If i ere you i would have made the Buildings in the BG darker and the Lights blury and more intense also Miku need some more shadows. But i really like the coincept still a wallpaper for 2 Desktops should have maybe a second character or another version of miku on the other side or one desktop looks like" where is the point if there is no one to see"

I pretty much agree with Shimazaki here. I miss some more contrast on the buildings and some more shadows on Miku.
Still, it's a very nice scene for a wall, and I think you should make more walls like this. Because if you "NEVER, NEEEVER MORE MAKE SOMETHING LIKE THIS AGAIN", you won't be able to improve much. Just saying. But it made me laugh in that description, gotta admit that. xD
