Well, well, hello everyone. I've been out for a long time, but i'm here now.
I made it on paint tool sai and photoshop, using notebook, so, its a $#%$#@. Well, i never made nothing like this, but i was testing somethings and wtching Naruto when i have this idea. Anyway, lets go to description.

Firist:

Shinsei ni Shite Okasubekarazu#561826

(base // body )

I used to base of budy, nothing special, i used skin and blouse like base. The hair i left with my imagination, so... You can see the disaster. Made lines on paint tool sai and coloring on photoshop. A gif.

Second:

GIRLS und PANZER#661257

(sky),
In the Forest

(tree 1),
Card Captor Sakura#672535

(tree 2) and
Sakiyuku Akarihe

("Sasuke's)

The background was mixing the scans, reconstruction of scery and brush. Well, i joined sky with tree, rebuild many things and became Itachi in Sasuke, well, i try it rs' Like i dont know talk about the process, i made a gif. Ahh, i used many textures and effects for mixing. I hope someone like this.

it need to be sharper also some more intense color would fit in well and you need to work more on the shadows

    But its a nice attempt

Love how you decided to change the girl's hair and overal colour palette. The concept is nice too, but with many flaws

First the girl; I like how you changed her hair a little bit, but it misses some detail. They literally look like spikes to me. Her colouring is good, but the shading is too blurry and overlays a bit too well. Seeing as there are only two colour tones, the darker shades can not be expressed well and she comes off a bit bland. There is lights, but no highlights. Highlights are usually sharp or a little blurry (blur is usually to show the highlight's highlight and for a better overlay). With all done properly, you get a dynamic-looking character with a lot of depth.

Background; Nice mix of different scans, but there is a lot wrong in here. It literally took me a while to look at the thumbnail while reading the description to realize that is a cherry blossom tree. First it looks like something pink in the sky, if it wasn't for the dark part in the entire right I probably wouldn't have realized until full view.
Anyway, the background and foreground collide in it's dimension. The foreground is a bit twisted, the background is straight. If the foreground is twisted, the background should be too, since it is comparable by taking a picture with an angle. The grass and character are fine, I have nothing about them. The sky however, nice paint job there but it comes off to me as "dirty". Overtexturized or not-so-smooth painting. The sun should be shining white or yellow, not pink. That is probably why I didn't think there was a cherry blossom there. The cherry blossom looks very out of place. Not do the blossoms overal look off, the tree bark is placed pretty oddly. It makes it look like there is a black bar on the right.

Overal; the fore-and background collide a lot. Perhaps if you decided not to use vectored outlines, it would have looked better with this very paintsy look. The blending of both are kind of bad. The girl in the front doesn't seem to fit in with the background. You should have used a colour filter as both seem to have different type of colouring. I usually tend to do that aswell when it clashes too much. Textures are fine too.

Great attempt, needs a bit more smoothening in the execution.
