A nice vector, especially considering the scan you were working with. There are some minor errors here and there (lines not touching where they should, etc.) and some lines are distractingly jagged, but those things generally occur less with practice.
While you added some nice details like making her nails red to go with her lips, I think a few things were unnecessary, such as the texture on her headband.
Be careful about mixing raster with vector; raster layers can enhance a vector, but they can also easily clash. I think you more or less have a good balance in this wallpaper, it's just something to keep in mind. :)I'm not really sure the school desk background goes well with Faye and Cowboy Bebop, but the focus is on the window and sky without much of the desks showing, anyway. It's a nice, relaxed atmosphere with the setting sun. The halo effect from the sun can be really distracting, but I think it works here.
Overall, good work. Keep it up! :)
