here's the first time i submit a wallpaper on minitokyo!
this time it's Ui Nakatsugawa from Hoshizora e Kakaru Hashi!
i made the vector first using illustrator cs6 then i made the rest on photoshop.
credit to the owner for the brushes.

The wallpaper is very cute; not overly complex, but it actually looks better like this.
For future reference, make sure to save at a quality of at least 10. There's some pixelation going on around the hair and eyes, which is a shame because your wall is lovely.
