Digging the blue/red contrast and the muted orange in the background; sure, keeping the saturation from the original scan would've looked good too, but I prefer your version because it's easier on the eyes. The hair and the background look good, especially the more simplistic aspect of the buildings, so no complaints there.
Regarding the vectoring, I'd be more careful with thin lines since they tend to look jagged sometimes (for example, around the top of the girl's arm); it's an issue that has to do with having to save a vector file as a raster one (JPG) so it can't be avoided most of the time, but it's still something to consider.
Other than that, lovely work! You've got a good eye for color.
