Yo minna san it's been a while..
I was waiting for the result of the KnockOut competition to post my entry but looks like it'll take a longer time
So I decided to finish my unfinished works\projects, I decided to start with this one..
After vectoring the image I didn't know how to do with the background, in the beginning I wanted to make it as it was in the anime but it didn't look good to me so it just ended up this way..
And for the second version of this image.. It just felt good that way even if it seemed strange XD
I hope you'll like it :)

Oh Doody! I like the fact that there is no face on this wallpaper. I do think it is a bit too much zoomed in, so it is a little weird to recognize what's going on right away. You bring so many walls, which is love, but I would love it if you lower your quantity and increase your quality. You should use fill outlines, not stroke. Stroke looks kind of bad unless it's for objects like weapons or houses. Aside from using fill outlines, it helps to not use entirely black to jaggies and such. People tend to do a darker colour than the colours it surrounds. It also works to use one colour overal, just not black. On to improving your vector even more, try working with gradients when colouring the characters. Using a gradient that has a slightly lighter and darker colour really works miracles on your vector. The background looks alright. I think you should have added more detail to those large shapes, which obviously is a Photoshop filter.

Aside from what Valuna said, I'd like to add that Hiyori needs a shadow beneath her (and those candies). I mean, she's supposed to be lying face down on the ground, right? So, there needs to be a somewhat prominent shadow of hers, this way it only looks like she's about to plunge or jump into some weird pink-ish magical tile portal, instead of lying on it.
