This is my first wallpaper here on Minitokyo.
Shannon from Scrapped Princess, I like this caracter so much and this anime deserve much more Wallpaper. :)
Could not find a very clean scan that I like enough and I liked this scan, so I vectorised Shannon entirely in Illustrator. It took me forever. Did the background in Photoshop.
Comments are welcome.
Update: I uploaded a 1600x1200 version just tell me if you want a smaller version.

nice work for a first wall, it's pretty cool. i like the work you did on the bg (the maze thing at the top, the mist in front is good too), but i regret that it's a little blurry (but maybe that's part of the 'mist' theme ?? :) )
anyway, super boulot, continue comme ça !!!
et puis j'aime bien le petit texte, the lettering is cool :D -

It looks rough for some reason. The lines should be very smooth for vector work, but here they look jagged. I think maybe you rasterized the image to a different resolution and then resized the raster image. I'm not an expert, but I think you would get much better results if you rasterized directly to your target resolution for each version (in this case 1600x1200). I think it would look fantastic if you could fix this problem.

Yeah It's was 1024x768 resolution in the begining, so that's why it looks rough when I just resized for a 1600x1200... I was too lazy to fix that up ^_^'
I will check that.Update: I just reexported Shannon from Illustrator... Hope it's better ^_^'

there are much more details in this wallpaper than you can see on the thumb. it's really great and i agree, scrapped princess is a great serie and needs more wallpapers. shanon-nii is also a cool character. great wallpaper!

Must have been hard with photoshop since the base picture was unclear, but im impress of the result for someone who had difficultie ^__^ (im bad with photoshop that why everything seem too though for me -__-') Shannon his name, kawaaaaaiii. XD Its a shame ive got to see a handsome bishonen so late, must find other pic of this naime, can you send som,e id like to see more of this anime you seem to realy like. Anyways, nice wallpapaer, like the maze in the background, fit in perfectly with the character ^__^ Good job and keep up, ja neee !! :D

Well I missed this when it was released but I friggin love it. Not just because it is a scrapped princess wall, but the scan/vector is superb and matches beautifully with the background. There are few too many good Scrapped Princess scans and walls out there and this is definitely one of the best ones I've seen. Excellent excellent excellent. +fav. :) It's a shame this one isn't getting more recognition... the vector is beautiful. Oh well... It's a +fav on my page now, and since I don't +fav too often maybe I'll be able to help somewhat in getting it recognized. :)
