This new version is definitely much better, though both are good in their own right. I feel you were more bold with this one, adding more colors and textures, not to mention the grunge effect on her jacket.
Personally, I'd like to see a version without the shadow on the text; it's the only thing I really don't like about this (IMO, it doesn't match anything else here and a more "flat" look would be great and would work well with the colors and textures) :) Good work nonetheless!
this is definitely improvement from the first version :D I can see so many fun pattern and textures, good job!
I agree with pandemonium though about the shadow on the rainbow stripes and text. I think it'll look better without them, and maybe decrease the texture on the text parts, imo.
