This is a scene from the Shin Getter Robo vs Neo Getter Robo OAV. Actually, this might be a color scan from the manga. But it's the Neo Getter Robo version of Go Nagai's Shin Getter 1 in any case.
There are a few versions of this particular robot, and a brand new one just released this year in the new Shn Getter Robo OAV.

Neo Getter Robo vs Shin Getter Robo is more of a remake from the original Getter Robo. I don't think Getter Robo G could have even happened. The "Change!! Shin Getter Robo: Last Days on Earth" (a.k.a. "Getter Robo: Armageddon" from ADV Films) OAV is yet another remake, but this time Getter Robo G sorta happened. And still, the new "Shin Getter Robo" OAV is _another_ remake, in which not even the original Getter Robo applies. All an excuse to showcase Go Nagai Getter Robo action once again, but not that I can complain.

Actually, this is a scan of an alternative manga of Super Robot War based on the story of Getter Robo.
