Made this quite a while ago for someone, but it was gathering dust so decided to share it out with you guys. Miria is such a cutie.
Implementation details: Default star brush for bottom stars and sparkles created with custom brush strokes and fitting together diamond shapes with faded out border strokes. circles created with ellipse selection and stroke. Rarity customized and recreated based off original cards. Halftone filter for dots in background and custom checkboard pattern created with squares and perspective warp. Rest is pen tool. Sharpened with a high pass filter and subtle gradients added to colors to keep from looking too flat. Oh and also some redrawing for the character with pen tool.
