Soooo long time no post XD
Cover for a manga series I'm working on. The name of the manga is "Spinning Thread" and the character illustrated here is Nona ( her real name is Clotho in her goddess form, Nona is the name of her Human form). Don't want to give any spoilers but ... IDK She's one of the three Moirai, the "Spinner" and she'll be the link character of the series. The "Spinner" is the youngest of the three sisters and she's associated with births and the beginning of life :> This manga is really important to me, it will be about my passions: architecture and Ancient Greece.

I wanted this piece to be drawn traditionally at first, but decided to add colors and more details to it. I'm overall happy with the result :> The most "fun" part was drawing the Acanthus leaves in the stone "arch" XD I should really spend less time on details...

Style changes again as you can see... Damn you consistency, Y U No stick to me TT_TT
Hope you like it even though it's not fanart or idk not my usual stuff.
Used Photoshop Cs3 and Clip Studio Paint as usual XD

Full view and look at all those details!
There is so much to look at in this artwork, the arc, the leaves, even the basket is so well painted.
Great work yoneyu! keep spending your time in details!

Just overall, wow! Love the attention to detail in the architecture. I also like your character design for her. She has very intense eyes. If this is only her human form, I would be interested to see her in her goddess form! Also, very interesting sounding storyline.... Looking forward to hearing/seeing more about it!

Man that arch! I just fell in love with it xD
Really love the soft colors and all the little details, specially thr arch and where she's sitting *o*

Absolutely beautiful, and I'll second xangel0 on her comment about the arch! Ornate designs fit this type of artwork best and the effort you put into it definitely shows.
The bushes in the back could use a little more detailing, since they look kind of...rushed? Erasing some leaves from the bunches would keep them from looking repetitive and from facing the same direction. They are a background element, though.
Overall, beautiful work c: And like Firefly said, if this is her human form, then I'm sure her goddess one is even more stunning!

Thank you so much! And thank you for the suggestion. Indeed the leaves were rushed. I actually finished this at 6 AM because I had to attach it asap to an application for a artist's alley table at Comic-Con. But I'm really grateful for the tip!
I'm really grateful you guys liked it, it really makes me want to draw even better!

Argh, I can sympathize with having to rush to meet deadlines! I'll let it slide this time because everything else is absolutely beautiful ^_~
